Background Overview
The objective of this platform is to get an aggregated representation of the various data sources to the management team with special focus on Visualization and actionable intelligence. Having “right information at the right time” available to management and decision makers empowers them to act in relation to corporate or departmental goals with more agility.

Data representation can be grouped into the following streams:
1) Business performance Metrics, Stream to track the overall metrics for the software delivery performance across the programme and also the quality of the delivery
2) Team capability maturity, The maturity model is a guide for High Performing Teams to assess and improve maturity. The scores shows how they are tracking with respect to the maturity model. The goal is to improve the end to end metrics. Stream objective is to ensure that the agreed number of teams achieve the level of maturity.
3) Platform specific certification, These are Software Delivery Platforms on which the applications are hosted. This stream is to encourage applications to be migrated to the SDP and also track how many application have been migrated and how many are in pipeline
4) Monolith to Microservices,  Stream to track how many applications are broken down from Monolith to Microservices architecture.
5) Company learning Academy, Track the Learning academy which offers multiple training courses to upskill our engineers within the Software Delivery Organization.
6) Financial Performance, Steam to track how we are tracking with respect to agreed financial goals.
7) Delivery center Performance, Track the overall data of the global delivery centres that are in place.

Challenge Goals
To provide visualization for various data source in an easy, simple, and fresh UI/UX to Top Level Management so they can be making better decision and act in relation to corporate or departmental goals with more agility.

Design Consideration
- Neat interaction and user flows!
- Application should provide an intuitive process
- Looking for a fresh user-experience!
- This is going to be developed as a Responsive Application.
- UI should be responsive for smaller form factor.
- UI should be build using latest well-known frameworks like: Semantic UI, Bootstrap 4, Foundation 6
- The chart metrics is open to designers, hence the design should be possible on web charting libraries like d3.js or highcharts.js.

Screen Requirements
For this challenge, we are looking for the below pages to be designed/considered in your concepts. The screen functionality details listed below are suggested functionality for consideration. Do not allow the suggestions below to impact the creativity of design. If there is a better way to accomplish the same goal, then feel free to take creative liberties.

1) Login/sign up screen
- User needs to login before able to use the platform
- If user don't have credential yet, they can register to the platform using their email or social media
- Provide ordinary login form (username/password) along with some error scenario
- Login via social media?

2) Dashboard Screen
- Dashboard containing overview of all the streams which provides a high level view
- Ability to click an individual stream to view its details

3) Stream Details Screens
- When you click on specific stream on dashboard, the user will be able to view detailed metrics about the stream

- Every metric will be used to check the progress/efficiency of the team. Here is how the data is structured, every stream has a set of Metrics that is measured. In each of the streams, the hierarchy is made of teams SO the requirement is to be able to see Summary of Performance in the following views:
-- Overall Metrics performance across the various streams
-- Individual Stream Performance on key stream specific metrics – Will have team level summary as well
-Team level views

- All metrics should be represented as the following:
-- Point in time representation: Performance (value) at a given point in time. For example, Lead time as on 24-Jan
-- Trending over a period of time: Lead time for the last 10 weeks (trend charts)
-- Comparison against target: Compared against a threshold or target e.g Lead time on 24-Jan is 100 days against target of 50 days

- We will need to see each stream details with the metrics they should have:

3.1) Business Metric
- Lead Time
- Cycle Time
- Deployment Frequency
- Service Uptime
- Meantime to Restoration (MTTR)
- Change fail rat

3.2) Team maturity
- Maturity of the team is calculated using assessment of various dimensions
- Maturity is graded on scale of 1 to 5
- Depending on the score of dimension we can find the opportunity were the team can improve.
- Maturity is used to calculate the level of team
- Each team must undergo assessment twice in a year
- We can show various status as shown below:
-- No of agile teams @ L3 to L5
-- Tracked on a Quarterly basis

3.3) Platform specific certification
- There are 3 different platforms on which our applications are deployed:
-- Platform 1
--- Type A
--- Type B
-- Platform 2
-- Platform 3

- Each platform is certified either as:

-- No of engineers certified

- Regarding Conferences, the following details are required
-- No of Conferences organized
-- Upcoming Conferences

- Employee can add aspired skills and opt for assessment on that skills

-- Total No of Centers
-- Total Seating Capacity
-- Teams
--- No of Permanent staff
--- No of Partner staff
-- % Utilization Occupancy
--- Center wise (Center – Location) utilization of: Seat Capacity, Seats Occupied, No of Permanent Employees, No of Interns, No of Partners

- We need to show the Delivery Centre  performance by following metrics:
-- Avg. experience of the employees
-- Skills of employees
-- Permanent to partner ratio
-- Gender ratio
-- Center Utilization ratio
-- Project, they are working on

- Get the hierarchical view of the Delivery Centre performance
- Get Geo Specific View
- Key contact person of the centre
- Dominant skills in the centre
- Project performance
