Background Overview
A joint team of Enterprise Operations and IT Services has been collaborating with Business Units and Central IT teams to collect as many as possible internal projects/Apps for consideration to be decommissioned. Prior to the initiation of this exercise, there are 275 applications were listed for decommissioning because of these app no longer useful and/or need a complete overhaul from a UI/UX and API perspective.

BUs and IT Services teams were requested to select any apps that still useful and have a purpose (in terms of experience or the information inside it) on top of these identified applications to ensure the savings targets for 2019 can be met. Right now they have too many apps and it takes a lot of budgets to maintain all of them. Part of displaying this "ugly long list" will help the business sunset things that aren't in use or combine things going forward.

BU project/app have been prioritized and the presented Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) has been elaborated/ justified by the application owners (target owners in the proposals of shared platforms/utilities).

Challenge Goals
- Create a platform that able to incentivize, promote decommissioning, spread awareness and give understanding to our user about the simplification orchestration approach, providing a clear unified view of the project/app/initiatives and the evolving landscape.
- This app should give insight to the user so they can be selective when investing in ongoing application efforts and also sunset applications that are no longer viable in the future state of the business.

User Flow

- Users have option to enter as a guest (all visitors), or register if they are new or log in if they are a returning user

-- Admin - User management.  Access to all BU projects and scorecards.  Able to view General home page and published documents

2) Navigation
- Once logged in the Home page displaying will display general publication view & announcements (for Guest views and other users)
- BU/Program page: List of Projects
- Project Page: Information on specific project (Cost-Benefit Analysis, Scorecards, etc)
- Must be possible to navigate between pages/views: Homepage, BU/Program Page & Project Pages

Design Consideration
- This platform is to simply publish announcements, articles, documents, scorecards & reports. This platform is more about information promotion and provisioning - so not a lot of functionality other than typical dashboard information and 1-level drill downs. Users are not expected to update artefacts
- This platform will be hosted internally
- No historic artefacts will be stored as official current published artefacts will be available (Teams won't be able to access the actual applications or core code)
- Published documents will be in MS Office (PowerPoint or EXCEL) and PDF formats only
- We want the design to be vibrant and use as many different colours from the corporate pallet as is allowed. However, there must not be a deviation from the allowed colours.
- Easy to understand flow from page to page, users can go back and exit throughout.

Design Compatibility
- Responsive website (can work on desktops & mobile devices)
- Easy to understand flow from page to page
- Intuitive for the user; should never be left asking "what do I do next?"
- Simple, clean, modern.
- Easy viewing for pages that may be over overcrowded with information (eg. when hovering over an item will enlarge for easy viewing or similar)

Design Usability
- Simple; not too many steps involved in any part
- Easy; to understand the navigation from section to section
- Fast; and efficient experience

Target Devices
- Desktop: 1366px Width with Height adjusting accordingly
