Challenge Summary

Welcome to the “Wipro Mentorship Admin Responsive App Design Challenge”. We recently completed a challenge for Mentor and Mentee use cases. In this challenge our focus is on Admin user flow. Admin is an employee who would be responsible for managing Mentorship programme. 

We are providing source files of earlier challenge, which you can use as your base design. You can add your concept to change the layout for the landing page of the application to accommodate admin flow.

Round 1

Submit your initial design for a Checkpoint Feedback

Background Overview
This challenge is about conceptualizing and designing an engaging Mentorship programme. There are three category of employee roles for this programme - Mentee, Mentor and Admin. We have got Mentee and Mentor use cases designed and now we are looking at Admin flow to be designed.

Challenge Goals
Design the UI/UX for Admin user role. This site will be Responsive. We are currently focused on Desktop and Phone views to understand how your design will breakdown/render responsively. It is important to follow the attached design from earlier challenge.

Required Pages/Features
For this challenge, we are looking for below mentioned pages. The screen functionality details listed below are suggested functionality for consideration. Do not allow the suggestions below to impact the creativity of your design.

1. Admin

1A. Dashboard view - 
Show below details
- New mentors created, new mentees created, new active connections created,
- Top mentors, bottom mentors, inactive mentors,
- Which BU / Account is more active, how many mentor, mentee connections are there for these accounts.
- Which learning areas are more popular, which learning areas are not getting any requests, new learning areas requests, which learning area has max and least amount of mentors.
- Should have links / tabs to Analytics and Reports too

1B. Create Learning Category / Areas
- Admin should be able to add Learning Categories / Areas
Learning areas are the domain the mentor's expertise in. Some examples would by communications domain, financial services domain etc.
- Admin shall set the Duration of the connection. After the timeline connection should get expired by default.
- Admin should be able to customize the reminder mails, feedback forms, and frequency of both mailer and feedback forms.
- Admin shall choose/modify the type of mentoring for each learning category/learning area.
(1) Upload a list of pre-identified mentor with profiles and mentee mapping connections in various learning areas to create mentors profile .
(2) Upload a list of pre-identified mentors, so mentee can search the mentor on their preference.
(3) Admin can send mail asking set of employee to register as mentor.

1C. Connection
- Admin can close a connection any point of time by updating the comments (Auto mail will be triggered to mentee/mentor with the comments provided by admin).

1D. Create Mentor profile / Approve / Reject
-  Admin should be able to go through the profiles of the Employee who have volunteered as mentors and either approve / reject volunteers to be mentors on the portal. Volunteers will be informed via mail on the approval / rejection.
- Admin shall add Employee as mentor by uploading the Employee details. He should be able to remove a mentor as well. He should also be able to send requests to mentors.
- Once Employee is added as mentor by admin, Auto mailer and UWL task should get created for Employee
- Employee can approve / reject the request and update the profiles . Employee should be allowed to update the profile in the UWL with a form instead of logging in to Mentorship portal. (UWL - Universal Worklist. It is the process where all listing goes for the approval in Wipro)

1E. Creating Sub-admin
- Admin should be able to create Sub-Admin for BU-SL (Business Unit - Service Line) specific programs.
- Sub-Admin will have the above admin functionalities

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

- Stock artwork and icons are allowed for this challenge.
- Make sure to declare all your assets properly or you might fail screening.
- Check the branding guidelines!

MarvelApp Prototype
- You need to upload your screens to Marvel App.
- You can request for your Marvel App link by posting on forum or by sending a mail to Challenge Copilot
- Remember to include your Marvel app URL in your Notes or Declaration document while uploading your submission.

Your submission will be judged on the following criteria:
- Overall idea and execution of your concepts
- How well you capture the features for Admin user flows
- Overall design and user experience
- Cleanliness of screen design and user flow

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or Sketch. Layers should be named and well organized.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase, you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.

How To Submit

  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
