Supplier Portal - My Invoice Status & Order Status & Forecast Report

We are working on a Supplier Portal for our client. In the previous prototype challenge we have created the base setup of Angular 1.5 application that uses Material Design, and implemented one of the portal screens. In this challenge we are going to implement three more screens, and we’ll take care about two more screens in the parallel competition. As two contests are running in parallel, please respect the existing code style and structure, to facilitate the following merge of their outcomes.

You will find the base code, necessary assets and detailed instructions in the challenge forum. Your goal will be to implemented three screens of the portal: My Invoice Status, Order Status, and Forecast page. Also you will create corresponding cards for the main dashboard, that will show basic relevant information, and will redirect users to the dedicated portal pages. All data necessary for these screens should be mocked and loaded from JSON files. As you will see, many components at these pages are similar to each other, and to the components at already implemented portal page: it should facilitate your work, but, please, be sure to properly re-use common components, rather than copy/paste the same code around.
