Challenge Summary

Welcome to WLQ - Application Visual Design Challenge

The Wipro Leaders’ Qualities Survey (WLQ) is a platform for leaders, both existing and emerging, to gain valuable insights into qualities that define successful leadership. It is a highly inclusive process, which allows leaders to receive constructive, all-round feedback from their managers, teams, co-workers and customers.

We are providing illustrative of the concepts we want to see, but we do not want to constrain the ideas to the provided sketches. The sketches can work as wireframe on what data need to be included, DO NOT copy paste the sketch as it is.

Read more details information on challenge specification. Let’s discuss any questions you have!

- Display Wipro logo on top
- Think better ways to redesign the step wizard.
- Need let user able to navigate by click Prev and Next button
- We not restrict you to follow chart design on wireframe. Feel free to improve the best chart.

1). Overall Summary
- On this Overall Summary leader will get a view of the Strengths and Areas of Improvement
- If none of the qualities fall under any of the above criteria of Strengths/Areas of Improvement, the highest rated quality needs to be marked as Strength and Least rated quality to be highlighted as Area of Improvement for the leader.
- Overall summary graph should also highlight the Areas of Opportunity:
-- 4> Rated >=3 To be colored in Amber.
-- Strengths Rated >=4 To be colored in Green
-- and Areas of improvement Rated <3 To be colored in Red
- Nurturing People where overall score is 3 should not have been highlighted as Area of Improvement
- Important: Nothing to be highlighted/colored in the summary table.

2). Detailed View
- This section will capture the Strengths and Areas of improvement highlighted above in detail.
- The system will show the below data:
- For Quality identified as Strength: The question(s) under that category where the leader has received the highest score
- For Quality identified as Area of Improvement: The question(s) under that category where the leader has received the least score
- ‘Strengths’ and ‘Areas of Improvement’ text to be moved to left side of the page
- Focus areas to be added along with the questions in this section
- The Strengths section qualities to be represented in descending order of overall score
- The Areas of Improvement section qualities to be represented in ascending order of overall score
- Additionally, the leader should have an option to view all other qualities and question wise response through a drop drown:
-- Drop down 1: To select the quality
-- Drop down 2: To select the question within that quality
- To view the score for all qualities and questions: We can have the UI similar to the above section where we are capturing Qualities and questions along with the scores. We can remove the drop down as this does not appear to be very appealing in the entire experience
- Here also, focus areas need to be captured along with the questions

3). Qualitative Feedback
- This section should capture the qualitative comments as per the various respondent categories for the leader.
- The system should ensure that all irrelevant words (NA, Not applicable, blanks, spaces, etc) are removed and the comments are present in an aligned and representable manner.
- The leader here needs to get a prompt to go ahead and create his development plan based on his WLQ scores.
- The qualitative comments section can be put in the end as the last section after the action plan

4). Create IDP
- ‘Create IDP’ need to be replaced with ‘Create Action Plan’
- The screen should show the two least rated questions on the screen so that the leader can create an action plan for them. The Qualities and Focus areas corresponding to these two questions should get auto populated on the screen . We can additionally add an info icon (i), once the leader hovers on top of this, he gets the below message
“ This section highlights the quality & focus area for which you received the least score. The question associated with this focus area is : “  < Question> “
- This auto-populated field should not be kept mandatory and the leader should have an option to delete it
- Once the leader clicks on Add more focus areas, the other two least rated questions should appear for him to add. Along with the questions, the qualities and focus areas associated should also be highlighted to the leader along with option to add other qualities as well. The UI can be something like below:
- The next two least rated qualities are highlighted below, if you wish to create an action plan for them, click ADD
Quality    Focus Area    Score    Question
ADD Button
- If you wish to select any other focus area, select from the below options and click ADD
Quality    Focus Area    Score    Question
ADD
- In the additional section to add other focus areas, it needs to be a drop down from where the leader can select Quality and focus area. The score and question should get auto populated.
- Note that the focus areas already selected should not appear in the options here.
