Challenge Summary

Welcome to Fintech Website - Nexgen Logo Redesign Challenge!
In this challenge, we are looking for your help to create a nexgen logo for a real estate responsive web app. We are looking for the logo to be modern and futuristic.

About this Web Application:
This is a web app that allows investors to manage fractional ownership in many different real estate properties, trade shares/tokens of ownership, and view listings for new investments. The goal is to open up real estate investment to anyone, anywhere and allow them to buy or sell partial ownership in properties as easily as making trades on Etrade.

Very excited to see your logos for this challenge!

Round 1

Please submit your initial logo for checkpoint Review
Any notes that you want to share with the client.

Round 2

Design the NexGen logo for the app suitable for the website, marketing brochures, media references, and apparel. It should be an original revisioning of the current logo using the included reference logos as comparables. It should promote trust, openness, and opportunity. The overall theme is a house being broken down into different pieces.

- The logo should be the next evolution of the current logo but with the included revised color scheme (or shades of those colors).
- Keep the theme of having a house being broken into various pieces.
- We do not like the thick dark borders on the current logo, so please consider making them thinner or eliminating.
- Please use the reference logos as inspiration, specifically the Slack, Google Play, and Medium logos.
