What is a RUX Challenge?
The RUX (Rapid User Experience) challenge uses the same format as our famous LUX Challenge except it is not "Live" at an event. The RUX Challenge Series provides you with an opportunity to show digital leaders from some of the largest companies in the world just how good your concept and user experience (UI/UX) design skills are.
RUX (Rapid User Experience) challenges are fast, fun, and have more chances for you to capture prize money!
Note: You do not need to have RUX challenge experience to join this challenge - Just jump in and give it a try! Make sure to follow the challenge details, the challenge forum and ask questions.
Background information
Connected Health Platform provides long-term commitment which is essential to continuously review, improve and update the patients. Raising awareness that allows patients prescribed with vendor products to improve their adherence, better understanding of their condition, be engaged long-term, to improve their long-term health. Provide content and services to support patients and achieve better outcomes.
You will be focused on desktop screens for now, but have in mind that this application can be responsive in the future.

Things to think about:
- This design should be clean and professional. Think on a corporate end use.
- Do not design a logo for this application. You can use a dummy logo or a placeholder. The real logo will be replaced later.
- You can use icons from icon8 and Flaticon. Just remember to declare them on your notes/declaration file.
For this RUX challenge you will focus on a few screens for 3 scenarios:
A) Patient
B) Doctor
C) Admin
Required Screens
1- Login (Global: Same for Patient, Doctor and Admin)
- Provide a login screen with the following fields:
- - Password
- - Remember User
- - Login Button
- This screen should be professional and clean
- We would like to see a distinctive element on this screen for each user: Patients, Doctors, Admin. Something that represents the user that is logging in. An icon? A background image? A label? Looking forward to your proposal.
A) Patient Workflow
2- Patient Dashboard - Key Screen
- The screen will comprise of Patient photograph and details:
- - Name, Date of Birth, HCP (Healthcare professional/Name of Doctor), and Health plan ( Aviva/UHG/Cigna etc).
- - Medication details: List of medications taken (Preferably choose diabetes related drugs)
- - Activities details: Activities which are set by the HCP eg Cycling 2 hrs daily , swimming – 30 mins alternate days.
- - Reports: Blood reports archived / latest etc
- - A tab to report an adverse event / drug reaction / complain

2.1- Patient Dashboard / Graphic Representation
- Graphical representation: Daily, weekly, monthly for-from non-intrusive wearables
- - BP: mm Hg
- - Calories: cal
- - Cholesterol: mg/dL
- - Glucose: mg/dL
- - Weight: Kgs
- - Sleeping pattern: Hours of sleep
- Provide a way to access this graphical view from dashboard. How to navigate to and from this graphic?
3- Awareness/ Medication Reminders/appointment reminders
- Awareness: Disease related information , success stories ( Other patients getting cured) , drugs related information
- Medication reminder: Prescribed medicines when to have
- Appointment reminders: reminders for next appointment with doctor, to modify appointment.

B) Doctor Workflow
4- Doctor Dashboard - Key Screen
- This screen is visible to the doctor, after he/she logs in. All details of the doctor becomes visible on the left hand side like name, hospital, speciality etc.
- On this screen, one tab is of patient registration, here the doctor can onboard new patients with their disease related appointment related data.
- Next tab is of Patient reports: where doctor can see all the reports for all the patients. The doctor can upload new reports also.
- Another tab is of appointment setting: where doctor can set appointment with patients, modify existing appointments

5- Patients Actions
- This screen consists of three tabs
- One of which is Vital monitoring of patients, the doctor can select a patient and view the vitals that are being monitored at the patients end daily/monthly/weekly.
- Another tab is of setting activity, this is again similar to the patient activities tab in patients login, here doctor has the control to set time and type of exercise/activity required by the patient.
- Medication routine is a tab where the doctor can update /prescribe medication schedule for each patient. Should include name of medication and its frequency to take.

C) Admin Workflow
6- Admin Dashboard - Key Screen
This is a dashboard which creates reports based on the data available, from patients and HCP(healthcare practitioner – doctor). The admin could be a stakeholder from a pharma company to make decisions based on insights generated.
1. Medicine Vs Geography Vs Physician
- The medicine volume in geographies prescribed by doctors.
- The visual could be geo wise volumetric sales of drugs.
2. Drug complaints/ adverse event reports
- This shows the adverse event / drug reactions that either HCP or patients report.
3. Disease Vs product
- For ex diabetes has three drugs from one brand of pharma company , then which drug is most prescribed in which location.
Branding & Font
- This challenge have open branding.
- Use a color palette that feels clean, professional and elegant.
- Provide a font that is easy to read for all ages.
- Think on target users.
- Avoid contrasts that are too hard and too light
Screen Sizes (Important)
- Desktop: 1280px width or 2560px if you work on a retina display
- Think Mobile First! While designing.
Marvel Prototype
- We need you to upload your screens to Marvel App.

Source Files
All source files of all graphics created in either Adobe Photoshop and saved as editable layer, Adobe Illustrator or Sketch.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase, you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.
