Background information
The following application is a an internal facing application of a “Credit Portal”, requested from investment solutions and products team. It is a B2B application for Sub-distributors and providers of funds that our company has a platform service agreement with. The total expected number of users is approximately 200, and is expected to increase in the future. Users will have access to the system via an authentication mechanism. Their registration will happen manually since this will be managed by the providers team. “Credit Portal” users will have access to the platform to administer the users’ creation and mapping to Sub-distributors and providers entities. A manual mechanism to upload the reports will also exist.

The purpose of the portal is to replace a manual process of sending various reports and invoices to providers via email by providing a UI where they can view and download these reports. In accordance with regulations, sub-distributors will be able to access the total fund universe “Credit Portal” has under agreement and view 3rd party providers' funds based on filter criteria. Also the application goal will be to streamline the client relationship management and the exchange of information and documentation between “Credit Portal” and providers and Sub-distributors.

Please note that “Credit Portal” is a code name to protect our Client identity.

You will be focused on desktop screens only, using grid systems for correct and clean layouts.

Things to think about:
- This design should be clean and professional. Think on a corporate end use.
- Do not design a logo for this application. You can use a dummy logo or a placeholder. The real logo will be replaced later.
- You can use icons from icon8 and Flaticon. Just remember to declare them on your notes/declaration file.

Required Screens
1- Sub-distributor sort credit notes
This will be the Sub-Distributor home page. On this page, the user can see his/her Credit Notes, Trailer Fee Reports, Funds and navigate to an external website about research and educational information.

One can sort Credit Notes by their month and/or year of creation. The user is able to download these documents by clicking on the respective links. Editing the year or month of a document is possible through the Edit button.

Requirements:
1. By default, a Sub-Distributor sees his most recent 3 credit notes which are generated monthly.
2. Whenever a document is edited and saved, a notification email is sent out to inform corresponding users about an update which has happened.

Please refer to this link for mockup sample.

2- Sub-distributor Compare funds - Key Screen
Sub-Distributors are able to compare funds with each other. The comparison includes static as well as dynamic (performance-related) data. The comparison can be exported and downloaded to a spreadsheet.

Please note that in the mock up, only 2 funds have been compared and few attributes shown as comparison result. However, in reality many funds (5-7) could be compared and comparison results involve not only sets of attributes but also graphs.

Requirements:
1. By default all the Sub-Distributors are able to see all the funds in the Portal. However, Sub-Distributors can decide to exclude the funds of one or multiple fund providers from any interaction (showing fund data, comparing fund data).

Please refer to this link for mockup sample.

A comparison sample has been provided in the following folder. Use it for content reference only, do not copy the layout directly:

3- Sub-distributor Funds Search
The purpose of this page is to show all funds based on specific Sub-Distributor logic.

Requirements:
1. The Sub-Distributor will only see funds that belong to the providers he has in his "Allowed Providers" list (see Page 35 for functionality on admin page)
2. Since the number of available funds is large, we only show a fraction of those where the user can request for more funds to be shown (e.g. show next 100 funds)

Please refer to this link for mockup sample.

4- Sub-distributor See static and dynamic funds data
On this page, Sub-Distributors are able to see static and dynamic funds data for funds.

Requirements:
1. The Sub-Distributor will only see funds that belong to the providers he has in his "Allowed Providers" list.
2. MiFID data has to be shown in addition to static and dynamic data.

Please refer to this link for mockup sample.

5- Admin View
The Admin user is the one who will be able to manage accounts.

Requirements:
1. The admin can delete, create and edit Sub-Distributors. Every Sub-Distributor has to be assigned to one Key Account Manager.

a. Sub-Distributor Name
b. (Sub-Distributor Id) - this will be provided by the system
c. Sub-Distributor Status - default is new
