About the Wipro Alumni Portal
The purpose of the application is to provide a channel for Wipro alumni to be in touch with ongoing activities and get regular updates along with able to perform certain activities related to past engagement with Wipro (such as information pertaining to Full and Final settlement, etc.)
The core objectives of the Wipro Alumni Portal are as mentioned below:
Self Help: Serve as medium for Wipro alumni to raise requests and view relevant details pertaining to their engagement with Wipro
Branding: Serve as medium for maintaining and enhancing Wipro influence by means of Wipro Branding via sharing information about events, etc.
Engagement: Actively engage alumni to help in building Wipro community
Also, provision had to be provided for admin to handle/manage content Application has to be integrated with service desk for resolving user queries.
Web version of the application has to be responsive meaning it should be able to open / display views in mobile devices without any UI abnormality/issue

General Requirements
- This application will be used for users who were Wipro employees in past
- We asked 2 different screen size for this challenge:
A). Mobile screen size will be build as Native Application on Android. Make sure your design use proper design element for Native application!
B). Desktop screen size will be responsive website with focus on desktop only
- Keep in mind, required Mobile and Desktop screen sizes for this challenge will be build on different platform. 1 for Native Android application and 1 for Responsive web on browser.
- Make sure your design clearly show different the usage of native application vs browser

Individual Requirements
1). Register/Login
- User will receive a link as part of exit process.
- This link should redirect the employees to the portal where the users will be able to view their Name and have provision for Register by providing personal email id/phone number and password.
- Optional details include linking LinkedIn, google account and user should be able to access the portal using LinkedIn/Google Account.
- Provision(link) for downloading Alumni app
- In case user directly navigates to Alumni portal then user should have a provision of validating credentials using Wipro employee ID, and relieving month and year (latest in case of user has multiple joining/exits from organization) and then registration
- Post registration, User should be redirected to Homepage
Login page:
- User should be able to login using personal email id/phone number and password used for registration
- View should have provision for resetting password
- User should have a provision of saving username and password
- Provision of locking account in case of 3 incorrect password attempts
- Session should auto expire after 5 minutes of inactivity
2). Homepage
On Homepage user should be able to view:
Basic details info
- Display name/image and navigation to profile.
- User should have a provision of deregistering from the portal.
Link to Profile
- View Name, contact numbers, email ids, Communication address,
- Details of engagement with Wipro: Employee id, Role Start date, end date, relieving date
- User should be add/update/delete contact number, email ids
Upcoming Wipro events
- Homepage should have section for showing upcoming Wipro events with title, brief description, image, date and venue of the event.
- On click of an event user should navigate to detailed page of event and able to register
- In case of no upcoming events user should view the pictures/etc of past events
Wipro care
- View basic information about Wipro care (Wipro care is the Wipro initiative linked to social awareness and activities).
- User should be able to navigate to Wipro care portal
Leadership connect
- This section covers information from Wipro leadership shares with ex-employees. For further details, the link can be provided to navigate to detail page
My Wipro
- Information related to Wipro Wins, Stories, etc.
- This is needs to be pull from Wipro.com
Self-service
- Please refer to self-service section
Engage
- Please refer to engage section
My requests
- Redirect to My request section as mentioned in other section
Other links
- Terms of Use, Privacy statement, any information pertaining to copyright and if the website is best experienced on a given browser
Notification section
- User can view the new notification pertaining to requests/responses
Chat
- Provision for user to chat with Admin and view chat history
3). Self Service
- This Self service page has to be the prominent section for alumni
- In case the user has quit the organization in last 6 months or have any pending dues, prominence should be given to Due section, otherwise the prominence should be given to Downloads section
- Think about how to capture that on your design

- Amount Due along with reason/category.
- Detailed view should mention Due Name/Amount (with currency)/Status/Closure date (if applicable)

Seek Reference:
- User should be prompted to enter email id of the person from whom the reference is required.
- In case of valid email id, the person from the reference is sought should receive an email notification for submitting reference.
- User can approve or reject.
- Once approved, the referee can submit the feedback.
- Alumni should receive an email notification once the reference has submitted the feedback to download the reference from Download section

6). Engage
- Welcome Back: User should be able to view relevant job opportunities in Wipro and apply or refer to someone else by providing email id
- Refer: User should be able to refer a person (by providing Name, email id, contact number)
