About the Wipro Alumni Portal
The purpose of the application is to provide a channel for Wipro alumni to be in touch with ongoing activities and get regular updates along with able to perform certain activities related to past engagement with Wipro (such as information pertaining to Full and Final settlement, etc.)
The core objectives of the Wipro Alumni Portal are as mentioned below:
Also, provision had to be provided for admin to handle/manage content Application has to be integrated with service desk for resolving user queries.
Web version of the application has to be responsive meaning it should be able to open / display views in mobile devices without any UI abnormality/issue
Theme of the portal (web+mobile) should be as per Global Wipro website: https://www.wipro.com/

Individual Requirements
1). Login
- SSO using MyWipro
2). Dashboard
Should be able to view following sections:
- Manage content
- User profiles
- Audit log
- Reports
3). Manage content
- View all content within following subsections:
-- Saved
-- Published
-- Archived
- For each subsection user should be able to provide following details:
-- Title
-- Short description
-- Detailed Description
-- Type: Leadership/Event
-- Sub category for Leadership: Latest Win, Update, Customer success story, Leaders speak
-- Upload Image/Video, Document Gallery
- User can save contents as draft.
- Saved content to have an option for Publish/Delete.
- Published content should have option to Unpublish (remove form portal) or Archive
- Archive content to have options for Publish
- Create design how content list look and content details
4). Audit log
- A view for admin to see activities of logged in users with
- Date, User name, Activity (such as last login, log out and actions performed)
- Able to filter by the above fields as well
5). FAQ
- Should be able to upload FAQ with answers
6). Reports
- Reports page should able to view following reports:
- Tickets
-- View Ticket type,
-- User name,
-- and other details as mentioned in My request,
-- Status: Closed, open, pending with user, pending with agent
- Statistics - Unique users logged in by geography, date, sections accessed
7). Chat
- Admin should be able to view chat notification, chat with alumni and view chat history
8). Notification
- User can view the new notification pertaining to requests/responses from alumni
9). Pop Up Design
- In general need designs for error, alert or success messages

About the Wipro Alumni Portal
