- Kelly is a single and an aggressive Event Planner. She is a fitness freak and likes to hit the gym every day

01) My Laundry Scenario (Mobile Device Only)
Kelly has an important event coming up in a day and she has her workout clothes in the pending laundry. As she is late of work, she decides to do her laundry on her way to work.

1. Kelly Logs In to My Appliance App through her Mobile phone

2. Personalized Screen:
- After logging in, she gets a personalized screen which displays - Date and time, her photo and a personalized message. For eg. 'Good Morning Kelly, How may I help you today?'
- She should be able to tell her App to go to her My Laundry section directly (maybe through 3rd party Google Alexa)
- She should be able to see her 'My Appliance' link in the app, from where she would be able to see all her appliances that she's attached/registered to the App. From there she can click on 'My Laundry' and use the washing machine
- Have notifications and Search feature
- Add anything else that you feel would make her experience easier
- The App informs her to sign up for an extended service plan; she clicks yes and now she doesn't have to worry about her service plan expired.

3. My Laundry (Washing Machine):
- In this screen, She's able to control the water in coming - outgoing, change features like Wrinkle Prevent, Adds her timer and Starts the machine
- Midway through the laundry, she gets a notification that detergent is running low
- She doesn't worry, because her App is configured for automatic re-ordering with 3rd party (for example, Amazon). She orders one, for her next wash
- During the running cycle, she decides to Pause and add few more features like Reduce Static, TumbleFresh and continues the running of the laundry cycle
- Once the washing is done, she gets a notification that her washing is complete
- She Stops the machine and saves her laundry cycle into her Favourites, so that she can use the same cycle for the next wash for the same set of clothing.

02) My Cooking Scenario (Mobile Device Only)
