Challenge Summary

Welcome to the RUX - Mobile Learning Platform Design Concepts Challenge! In this RUX Challenge we are looking for a variety of mobile design concepts focused on the problem of on-boarding new Sales Associates, quickly building their skill sets, and the ongoing training of sales teams so everyone in our company can better serve our customers and patients (by being on the same page, learning the same material, having access to the same resources).

We are looking to ideate on the problem of training and education delivery to provide the widest, scalable, stable, and connected delivery platform for sales associates in the medical devices field.

Concepts should be innovative but also practical, solve both delivery and implementation issues, and improve the overall user experience to the audience.

Let us know if you have any questions!

What is the RUX Challenge?
The RUX (Rapid User Experience) challenge uses the same format as our famous LUX Challenge except it is not "Live" at an event. The RUX Challenge Series provides you with an opportunity to show digital leaders from some of the largest companies in the world just how good your concept and user experience (UI/UX) design skills are.

Background
Currently, our company had 10,000 sales associates globally within our medical devices group who are expected to become experts in a wide range of product offerings, not just memorizing essential information, but finding resources quickly and easily with their mobile device, and connecting to subject matter experts (SME's) and coaches. In an effort to better serve the healthcare community, we have changed our approach and moved our sales team from being product experts to being procedural experts, so sales associates now must be trained to provide clinical solutions, not just product information, at nearly every point in the medical process.

The question is how to do this.

The Sales Associate is currently utilizing multiple technology platforms to access their learning modules and are faced with multiple user experiences (which impacts the retention of knowledge). In particular, the mobile access to video content and support tools is poor or non-existent in many cases.

Idea Generation Problem & Focus
How can we create an intuitive, mobile, data-driven, digital experience to on-board new sales associates and build skills of tenured teams so that all opportunities to better serve customers and patients are fully realized?

Solutions should address and present a holistic end-to-end aspect.

User Personas
Sales Associate - globally placed sales people who primarily use mobile devices to perform multiple tasks in every aspect of their roles. In many cases, Internet access can be limited or minimal, and device and operating systems vary widely.

Learning Module Support - individuals responsible for implementing learning modules into the platform. Learning modules may include a wide variety of sources from video, to text, to documents. In addition, linked resources are frequently a part of the module to provide more extensive training over phone, text, or live video.

Required Screen Features
We are looking for you to research, pull in all of your RUX challenge experience and propose some different concepts and ideas on the potential of this mobile learning platform experience.

2. Catalog of available learning modules (about medical products and procedures)
3. Filtering of (search for) available learning modules
4. Delivery of module content

Branding Guidelines
Assume no specific brand within the context of this RUX as the focus is on the delivery
Avoid contrasts that are too hard and too light
Futuristic UI's are okay! This is conceptual..so color, icons, the voice services (control and translation) is critical to helping the user quickly get answers.
Innovation is encouraged.

We need you to upload your screens to MarvelApp.com
Please request for your MarvelApp prototype in the respective thread in the forum (or) send your request to contato@luizrrodrigues.com.br
You MUST include your MarvelApp URL (in your marvel app prototype, click on share and then copy the link & share it with your notes/comments this link while you upload).
