Challenge Overview

Challenge Objective

  • Submit YouTube links for call center coversation that can be categorized as Positive, Neutral and Negative based on sentiment
This is a fast finger challenge that any Topcoder can compete and win some easy cash ($400)

Individual Requirements

Scope
Here are the steps you need to do.
  • Search in Youtube (or Google) and provide a call center recording in English 
  • Submit the link in the forum under the Positive / Neutral / Negative category based on the sentiment analysis

We will review the links provided including the categorization in the forum and if accepted you will win $10 per valid link.

Please note that we will be giving prizes only to the first 40 valid links (Good -10, Neutral - 20, Bad - 10). So speed is crucial for this challenge!!

Important Notes

1. The link provided must be a good call center recording
2. The link provided must not contain in company specific / copyright information or PII (personally identifiable information)
3. A Good call means the customer is happy, Bad means unhappy customer and Neutral means customer is neither happy or neither unhappy.
