  • Our client’s customers have consistently expressed interest in digital tools and have explicitly asked for on-demand and centralized access to key insurance information.
  • The purpose is to design a UI Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with enough features and functionality to deliver on key customer needs based on 6 core knowledge areas: Contacts, Policies and Endorsements, Risk Engineering, Claims, Industry Insights and Billing (incl. calendar).

The application may have different user types which have different permissions, meaning that not all the areas will be available for them. In this challenge though we will concentrate on the master user, who will have access to all the areas.
