Welcome to the “PoC - Appium Development SMS Test Challenge”. In this challenge, we would like to create.
PROJECT BACKGROUND
A client wants to automate some tests for verifying some actions in a mobile device.
FRAMEWORK
- Appium (latest version)
- Python 3+
- Android (API Level 21)
- iOS v11+

REQUIREMENTS
- Create Appium (http://appium.io/) tests in Python that will send SMS to another number
- Only text SMS is in scope
- You need to demonstrate that the other number has received the SMS but this action doesn't need to be automated
- You should use real devices for testing
- Both Android and iOS are in scope and your code must be validated in both devices
- You can use your own device or a cloud mobile farm (Amazon for instance)
- Write down the mobile provider in the documentation
