KPI Dashboard - Power BI Development

Welcome to the “KPI Dashboard - Power BI Development Challenge”. In this challenge, we are looking to develop an application for the new Data Visualization reports that will be implemented using "Microsoft Power BI".
 

CONTEXT

PROJECT CONTEXT

The client would like to get a set of reports displaying relevant information for internal stakeholders such as operations teams. The reports should be created in Power BI as a Power BI app, easy to consume by everyone. 

All reports are created nowadays in different formats, so we are seeking BI efficiency centralizing all in one tool. Report design thinking is not required as we know what we want to see.

Requirements

  • There are 3 dashboards in scope: KPI, Service Level Overview, Application/Infrastructure
• Integrate the dashboard with the excel files provided in the forum
