PROJECT CONTEXT
Active BLE communications along with BLE functionalities - Scanning, Advertising, Discoverability and Identifiability between two iOS mobile phone while in Background (Lock, Sleep, Screen Power off) without any external and internal notification to power the device

INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS
• Target App is Offline APP
• Target App UI is as per developer’s choice
• All BLE communications must work for 2 hrs continuously for below scenarios between both devices (particularly when are in Powered OFF state) without using external or internal notifications to power on the device screen.
