Welcome to the FAST 10:10 Tech Talks Podcast Logo Design Challenge! The goal of this challenge is to design a logo for Wipro for a new podcast they are starting. The podcast is called "10:10 Tech Talks".

Read the challenge specification carefully and watch the challenge forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. Feel free to ask any questions in the challenge forum!

Round 1

Initial design for a Checkpoint Feedback:
1.    10:10 Tech Talks logo (use the TEMPLATE)
2.    Any notes you wish to share with the client

Round 2

Final Design plus Checkpoint Updates:
1.    10:10 Tech Talks logo (use the TEMPLATE) with all checkpoint feedback implemented
2.    Any notes you wish to share with the client

Full Description

In this challenge the goal is to design a logo for Wipro for a new podcast they are starting. The podcast that this logo is for is primarily talking about Wipro's Apple practice and future technology. So Apple's design style is a good place to take inspiration from.
  • The podcast will be called “10:10 Tech Talks” and these are the words you should include in your logo design.
  • DO NOT incorporate the Wipro logo or branding in the logo. This can be separate, new, and fresh looking!
  • The style guide you should follow is this one
  • Fonts: is mandatory to use the provided WiproAkkurat font family
  • Inspiration: check these links for inspiration. Note: these are coming drom customer to be referenced.
  • Here is additional collateral material that can be referenced
  • We would like to see the logo in full color and single color as well
  • We would like to see the icon of the logo in full color and single color as well
  • Designs must be created as VECTOR artwork so they can be resized without a loss of quality. Make sure your logo quality is not diminished when scaled up or down. This may mean creating a simplified "small" version for use as icons, favicons, etc.
  • Submit your design within provided logo template
  • You need to make sure your logo looks good on both light and dark backgrounds

Logo General Guidelines
A good logo should be simple, distinctive, relevant, memorable, timeless, and versatile - and most importantly your own design. Use these references to see more examples of nice logos, however the main inspiration source should be the materials listed above from Google Drive as they are coming from the customer directly.

Judging Criteria
  • Relevance: How does your logo convey the 10:10 Tech Talk podcast as it relates to the Wipro Apple practice and future technology?
  • Quality: Does your logo look fresh, professional and clean? Is the composition/layout well done? Have you used typography in a meaningful way?
  • Concept: Does your icon present a new and interesting concept or idea?

Stock Photos, Fonts and Icons
  • Stock artwork is not allowed in this challenge

Final Deliverables
  • An archive called Source.zip file to include:
    • All original source files created in Illustrator, Sketch, XD, any vector tool.
  • An archive called Submission.zip file to include:
    • All your design files in PNG or JPG format
    • Your declaration files to include any notes
  • Create a JPG preview file of 1024 x 1024 px

Stock Photography

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
