Welcome to the "Zuri Medicine Check Responsive App Design Challenge" 
In this challenge, we are looking for your help in providing an initial design direction and concepts for a health company.  This responsive web application will be used to check for  someone considering “Medicine A,” and then the web app will provide answe

Round 1

Please provide the following screens for the checkpoint along with your clickable Marvel prototype with hotspots.

Please provide the following screens with checkpoint feedback incorporated for final review along with your clickable Marvel prototype with hotspots.

User Stories

  • Cindy opens the app on mobile browser to search for information on the medicine that doctor prescribed her
  • She accesses the landing page with search and then starts to type the “Medicine A” after launching the web app.
  • App returns information that a patient taking “Medicine A”, should not use (DNU) nifedipine, felodipine, isradipine, or nisoldipine
  • After that, Cindy calls her doctor to discuss some other medicine, based on the information in the app.
  • How the app responds back and helps Cindy understand about the medicine's purpose, side effects, etc. What information will be useful for her? 
  • How can the app encourage Cindy to buy the medicine online via this app?

 

FEATURES REQUIREMENTS

Create a UX Design for concomitant med checking for someone considering “Medicine A”: 

  • Do not use if already taking “Medicine A” or a similar medicine such as nifedipine, felodipine, isradipine, or nisoldipin
  • Ask a doctor before use if you are taking:
    • simvastatin (a statin to treat cholesterol)
    • cyclosporine (a medicine for your immune system)
    • tacrolimus (a medicine for your immune system)
    • sildenafil (a medicine to treat erectile dysfunction)
    • CYP3A inhibitors such as diltiazem, itraconazole, and clarithromycin
  • No need to display the chemical structure for each medicine. 
  • Think about what kind information will be useful to users? 
  • The ultimate target is to reduce the friction associated with purchasing medicine online. 
  • For this challenge we just need you to focus on the main flow of the application purpose.

In terms of expectations, we would like to measure the concept against the following in the one to ten scales

  • Creativity: 10
    • 1: barely new ideas
    • 10: a utopic product but with features that can be fully implemented
  • Aesthetics: 8
    • 1: low-fidelity design, wireframe, or plain sketch
    • 10: top-notch finished looking visual design
  • Exploration: 10
    • 1: strictly follow an existing reference or production guideline
    • 10: open to alternative workflows/features not listed here that would help the overall application
  • Branding: 4
    • 1: don’t care at all about the branding just functionality
    • 10: without a properly branded product there is no success

DELIVERABLES

  • Original source files.
  • Marvel Prototype:  
    • Create clickable hotspots on your Marvel that explains the app flow
    • Upload your screens to the MarvelApp.
    • Send your MarvelApp request to challenge forum 
    • Include your MarvelApp URL as a text file in your final submission. Label it “MarvelApp URL”

  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
