Challenge Summary

Welcome to the TCO21 Regional -  UI Design Tournament  Round 1! This is a bracket-style design tournament where you must battle another designer to move forward in the tournament. This is a single-elimination tournament! We have 24 designers who will battle it out over two days to be the TCO21 Regional UI Design Champion!

Showcasing your concepts and skills in this challenge will determine your placement in the next round.

At Topcoder, we are always pushing you to think about the user, the human experience, and being bold in your design decisions. Take some risks and have fun designing!

This is it! 60 minutes to rapidly design a user interface (UI) that conveys your thoughts and solves the design problem!

ALL TOPCODER DESIGN RULES APPLY. Entries must be your original work and must not infringe on the copyright or licenses of others. All standard Topcoder Terms, Topcoder Policies apply to this challenge. Your design must be created by you and be original to you. You can be inspired by design research, but copying and submitting someone else's designs is against Topcoder policies and will not be tolerated.

CHALLENGE DETAILS
The goal of this challenge is to design the look and feel of a Desktop experience.

Problem: let’s Celebrate!

Winning challenges, winning a placement, or achieving a new ranking or certification at Topcoder is something you should be proud of. Topcoder members spend hours sweating, thinking, and striving to land first place or achieve a new competition rating. Winners receive a cash reward when they place among the top positions (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) but is that the only way to reward and celebrate the effort?
Survey insights tell us that Topcoder members are interested in spreading the news of their accomplishments through different channels such as social media, public pages, profile updates, or portfolios. We are looking forward to enhancing the “Victory Celebration” experience for Topcoder members. They are proud of their victories! How can we help them share the news?

For the next 60 minutes, we would like you to focus on the Desktop user experience of a Topcoder member sharing their victory. This should be fun! They can share via Facebook or LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., their latest victory or accomplishment at Topcoder.
  • Where should this be triggered?
  • What gets shared?

There are existing social share experiences out there. We are looking for what is the Topcoder Victory share!
