Challenge Summary
Welcome to the Bank - Resale Platform Portal Wireframe Concepts Challenge. In this challenge, we are looking for help to come up with wireframe concepts for a web application that will help the users in managing various stages of the property transaction & guide them towards the completion of the resale transaction.
CHALLENGE OBJECTIVES

- How well your design solves the problem and provides a seamless user experience.

Submit your initial wireframes and any notes you might have for checkpoint review.

Submit your initial designs plus checkpoint feedback implemented for the final review.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
- The end-to-end services to be offered to the customer for a resale transaction would be made available on the Bank microsite under the home loan section.
- The Resale platform shall assist the user at various stages of the property transaction & guide him towards the completion of the resale transaction. The services offered here are post finalization of the property
- The introduction page would have the details of the services offered like legal & technical verification of property, drafting of the sale agreement, Home Loan assistance, and so on.
- The interface would be compatible with mobile phones and also
- There are 3 categories into which a user would be divided Buyer, Seller & Broker. In this challenge, we are going to focus mainly on the Buyer user
TARGET AUDIENCE

SCREENS / FEATURES REQUIREMENTS
For this challenge, we are looking for you to create a set of screens that are easy to use for the following scenarios. Remember that this is only a starting point, so feel free to take creative liberties when creating your screens and the ENTIRE FLOW.
01 Registration Page
- For first-time registration, user to enter their full name, mobile number & Email id (Both to be used in future logins for OTPs).
- In case the user tries to register again with the same mobile number, it would prompt the user that the mobile number is already registered.
02 Login:
The user will enter the username and password to log in.
03 List of Services Page
- The user will see the list of services being offered for the buyer, seller, and broker
- The user will be able to filter the list of services shown by using allowing them to say what type of user they are “Get Started Now - I am <<select>>>” (this <<<select will have options “Buyer, Seller or a Broker”

- All the above services are clickable options wherein users can click to check the details of the services. It would include the following details:
- Broad definition of the service offered
- Methodology of the service
- Fee/charge incurred if any to be paid before availing of the service
Each service when clicked would also give an option (tab) to avail it. In case the user clicks on the tab, the user will be prompted to register online (first-time users). In case already registered, the user will be asked to enter the registered mobile number and login would be based on OTP at the registered mobile number.
Buyer Services
Below is the list of services that will be handled through this microsite, each of the services lists the features within the services, you need to come up with appropriate screens as required to cover those functionalities/features.
Legal Verification:
- Show a brief benefit of the legal verification would be mentioned (use placeholder text).
- Users will be required to fill in some mandatory fields (for now have these as placeholder fields - see below)
- Request ID (This is a number generated automatically)
- Mandatory Field 1
- Mandatory Field 2
- Mandatory Field 3
- Mandatory Field 4
- Mandatory Field 5
- Provide a way to Capture & Upload a Document
- When a user submits the request; a request id/unique reference id will be generated for any new request.
- This application will have the inbox facility & Dashboard built to check the status for each service along with the date of submission & rework TAT (Turn Around Time) if any.
- The case is assigned to the appointed lawyer through AI (basis location as designed by the legal desk).
- We need to provide options to handle queries/additional documents upload (to and fro conversation between customer & Legal desk) through the Bank microsite
- In case the user submits multiple requests, basis request-id captured, fields to be auto-populated (non-editable) wherever required.
- The final legal opinion or vetted report will be shared with the customer by mail and in his login inbox. This can be cc’d to the respective RM (Regional Manager) also
- SMS/email communication to be triggered at every stage and queries to the customer and the mapped RM.
- RM (Regional Manager) to be mapped basis property location Pincode.
- Professional Fees would be paid online through the Bank payment gateway interface.
Technical Valuation
- A brief benefit of the technical verification would be mentioned
- The microsite would be integrated with our internal system (PAS) under MVIG (in house valuation group)
- Users will be required to fill in some mandatory fields (for now have these as placeholder fields - see below)
- Request ID (This is a number generated automatically)
- Mandatory Field 1
- Mandatory Field 2

- Capture & upload document functionality to be given
- Post customer submits the request, information flows to PAS, and request ID is created in PAS

- Inbox facility & Dashboard to be built to check the status for each service along with the date of submission & rework TAT (Turn Around Time) if any.
- Final technical report to be shared with the customer on mail and on his login inbox
- Technical Manager to be mapped basis property location Pincode
- SMS/email communication to be triggered at every stage & queries to the customer, technical manager & RM (regional manager)
- Professional Fees would be paid online through the Bank payment gateway interface
Escrow Account Services:
- A brief benefit of the escrow account would be mentioned
- The microsite would be integrated with our Sales CRM
- Post the customer submits the request, data to flow in CRM and lead to be assigned to the current account sales manager and Mortgage RM simultaneously mapped basis property location Pincode
- The current account sales manager to contact the customer and initiate the escrow account opening process in physical mode
- A post escrow account is opened, current account sales manager to close the lead in CRM with account details
- Inbox facility & Dashboard to be built to check the status for each service along with the date of submission & rework TAT if any.
- SMS/email communication to be triggered at every stage and queries to customer & RM.
Home Loan Assistance:
- The brief benefits of taking a home loan and the products would be mentioned
- Guide customers with calculators (Budget & EMI repayment)
- In case of eligibility is not met customer to be asked whether to prefer a call back to discuss other home loan products
- Users will be required to fill in some mandatory fields (for now have these as placeholder fields - see below)
- Request ID (This is a number generated automatically)
- RM (Regional Manager) details prefilled.

Drafting of sale deed:
- This feature should be in sync with the “Legal Verification”, a process so that in case the customer has availed of that service the document is not to be uploaded twice. It should be prompted to ask whether there are any additional docs to be uploaded or not.
- This service could be availed on a standalone basis also
- User will be required to fill in some mandatory fields (for now have these as placeholder fields - see below)

- RM (Regional Manager) details prefilled.

- RM to be mapped basis property location Pincode.
- Professional Fees would be paid online through the Bank payment gateway interface
Stamp Duty Payment:
- A brief benefit of the service would be mentioned
- Stamp duty calculator available to calculate the amount
- The e-stamping process to be incorporated (differs at the state level)
- Functionality to be built to handle queries/additional documents upload (to and fro conversation between customer & Legal desk) through the Bank microsite
- Inbox facility & Dashboard to be built to check the status for each service along with the date of submission & rework TAT if any.
- E-challan to be shared with the customer via mail and on his login (dashboard)
- SMS/email communication to be triggered at every stage and queries to the customer and the mapped RM
Property Registration:
- Brief benefits of the service would be mentioned
- Details like date & time to be captured to visit the sub registrar’s office
- The assistance of a Lawyer to the SRO office could be availed at a fee
- Fees would be paid online through the Bank payment gateway interface
Home Insurance:
- Brief benefits of the products would be mentioned
- User will be required to fill in some mandatory fields (for now have these as placeholder fields - see below)

- To explain the need raised after buying a new home to set up the interiors

- User to log in and fill in the pre-determined fields. LAN to be captured
- Data to flow in CRM and lead ID to be generated and assigned to direct RM basis location
- Inbox facility & Dashboard to be built to check the status for each service along with the date of submission & rework TAT if any.
- SMS/email communication to be triggered at every stage and queries to the customer and the mapped RM.
JUDGEMENT CRITERIA
- Creativity: Impactful; the solution is different or unique from what is already out there and can be implemented.
- Exploration: Out of the box; consider the screen requirements and guidelines as a draft or start point. Provide alternate experiences or workflows to achieve what we are proposing in the requirements and satisfy the user goals.
- Aesthetics: Low-fidelity design; We are looking for the overall user flow of the application
- Branding: NA;
TOOLS:
- You can use axure
- You can also work with static images but you must include a fully navigable prototype in HTML. NOTE: If you are designing in the sketch or Adobe XD or Figma then it is mandatory that you create the flow using Marvelapp as we are expecting to see a clickable wireframe in this challenge.
- You are also allowed to submit pure HTML wireframes.
