APPLICATION OVERVIEW
The scope of this challenge is to design a professional looking one pager that shows we are a 20+ year old company with a unique, but proven way of developing solutions for our clients.

The document would talk about what Topcoder is and what the services we provide are and also show how great our community is.

This one pager will be used by Topcoder sales people who want to inform the potential customers about Topcoder and the services we provide. It will be sent mostly to governmental or organization so the design style should be as serious and as professional as possible. The document will be sent online but will also be printed and handled at in person events.

PROJECT DETAILS
Content:
  • To get the content that goes on the one pager, check this link.
  • You should include all the content that is added there including the codes at top right and bottom (they are unique identifiers assigned to suppliers to government of different agencies, and it’s what the government uses to look up a company)
  • At the bottom of the document there is a link with customers logos that you can find all here. It’s up to you on how many logos you decide to include in the one pager.

Design Direction:
  • Important: The content of this page is less than 2 word pages, and we should keep the design of the one pager to fit on 2 pages only (back and forth)
  • Here are a couple of designs the team likes for their professionalism look and feel from other organizations (get inspired only, do not copy!)
  • The design should follow the Topcoder branding - follow the guidelines provided in the section below
  • We have previously designed other one pagers for Topcoder and you can see them here for inspiration (do not copy)
  • When designing this, make the content looks engaging and easy to scan:
    • Recommend to use nice, relevant icons for the different section to add visual separation and highlight
    • Hierarchy of content and typography should be well balanced. Make sure your text is easy to read
    • Color combination: we have many vivid gradients in our palette, however now we wish to keep things not that vivid, but more simple and professional
    • We are slowly moving away from the use of blobs: so only use them if really necessary but never overdo it (icons can be used separate of them too)
    • The document will be sent online but will also be printed and handled at in person events so plan your design to look good for both environments
    • Find more guidelines about designing a great one pager here

BRANDING GUIDELINES
  • Follow the Topcoder Design System
  • Topcoder logo: only use the full black or white logo from here, DO NOT use the colored logo anymore as it’s dated.
  • Fonts: use Barlow, Barlow Condensed  for titles and Roboto font for paragraphs, descriptions etc. Read the guidelines for more information
  • Icons: use Heroicons as mentioned in the guidelines. In case you can’t find the icons you are looking for in the Heroicons, you can use the Streamline icon set too (will be shared on forums)

SIZE
  • Width x height: 8.5 x 11 inch with 0.125 inch bleed margins (300 dpi)

JUDGMENT CRITERIA
  • Creativity: Impactful - the solution is different or unique from what is already out there and can be implemented
  • Exploration: Flexible - follow the provided screen requirements section and propose improvements or different paths that positively impact the user goals.
