Working for Topcoder gives me several opportunities as a mother that I wouldn’t get anywhere else. Firstly, I have flexible working hours, so I can spend time with my daughter whenever I decide to. In addition, I have a chance to take her with me to Topcoder events be it a regional event, like TCO19 Tokyo was, or the main TCO event in the United States. Thanks to this she made good friends with members and has learned many different cultures, which opens up the world for her. Her big dream is to compete on Topcoder as well.

There is no better job than one you can do from home on your own schedule. That is the beauty that Topcoder allows. I can organize my day based on the needs of work and my family plus the projects I work on truly fufill me. Being a working mom is very important for me and it shows my children the importance of hard work.
