The Challenge

An American insurance provider needed a responsive web application that would enable their insurance agents to efficiently manage and follow up on prospects. The main pain point was the lack of a centralized tool to track quotes not yet closed and prioritize outreach efforts. Agents were working with fragmented data, making it difficult to identify which prospects had the highest likelihood of converting.

The new solution needed to support multiple roles—including individual agents, dual-state agents, and corporate managers—with interfaces tailored to each user type while maintaining a consistent, easy-to-use experience.

The Solution

We created a responsive, role-based web dashboard that simplifies prospect management and turns agent data into action. With this tool, insurance agents can instantly identify their highest-value prospects using intelligent filters, customizable tables, and data visualizations.

The system adapts to different user types—whether it’s a single agent managing daily outreach, a dual-state agent switching between customer segments, or a corporate manager monitoring performance.

The Impact

The new dashboard experience dramatically improved agent efficiency by reducing the time required to find and act on high-probability leads. By enabling tailored workflows for different agent types and managers, the solution helped align business objectives across the organization.

Corporate leaders gained visibility into field activity, while agents were empowered to focus on leads most likely to convert, leading to faster quote closures and higher engagement. The project also created a scalable design foundation for future CRM and marketing integrations.
