Description

Role : SAP S/4 HANA Test Manager/ Lead (Offshore/Onsite) – this position can be fulfilled at offshore or onsite.

Experience : 7+ years

1. Test Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with project scope and objectives.
  • Define testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

2. Test Execution:
  • Oversee end-to-end testing processes, including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Coordinate with project teams to set up test environments, data, and configurations.

3. Team Management:
  • Lead and manage the testing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams.
4. Issue Resolution:
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex testing issues.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of test results and defects.
5. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and project timelines. o Maintain high standards of quality and performance throughout the testing phases.
Skills:
  • Extensive experience as a Test Manager in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects (Minimum 4 SAP S/4 HANA Projects experience as SAP Test manager).
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA modules and functionalities.
  • Proven experience in leading testing teams and managing testing activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • SAP certification or relevant testing certifications are a plus.
  • Understanding of Data Conversion testing
  • knowledge about Disaster Recovery (DR) or S4 HANA infra setups
  • Insight into SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
