Description
As a Senior UX Designer you are passionate about designing revolutionary digital products and services, that transform customer’s experience. You thrive in a creative and agile team environment, working closely with your stakeholders to define and implement cohesive innovative solutions that meet customers' needs.
As a Senior UX Designer, you leverage your extensive experience designing for multi-segment customers and user groups, across various online platforms and applications, to deliver against the following responsibilities:
- Lead and drive UX design, development and testing activities to create and enhance customer touchpoints and experiences across multi-users / multi-segments
- Apply design thinking methodologies to guide discovery sessions with product and development teams, to incubate and rapidly proto-type great ideas that resolve customer pain points, and raise the quality of the overall digital experience
- Leverage your extensive experience in UX design to quickly and efficiently analyse customer data feedback post-product launches, and translate insights into journey maps, visual design blueprints and personas design iterations that resonate with customer needs and help shape future design brief recommendations
- Authentically engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to quickly and efficiently on product experience direction, holding workshops to enable internal feedback and ideation, to deliver customer experience goals aligned with Telstra’s brand guidelines, design systems and accessibility standards
- Model best practice UX design methodologies, tools and techniques to support peers and team members to improve and deliver consistently high-quality output continually
- Apply your knowledge and expertise to guide and direct others to resolve complex customer problems and solutions
- Act as a champion for Agile practices and mindsets when working within Telstra’s Agile operating model
- Apply your impressive critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities to assess how users interact with systems or products, and identify opportunities to deliver optimised solutions that balance customer needs, business goals and technical and implementation constraints.
- Take ownership of design outcomes by proactively identifying and managing issues and risks impacting the quality of design output or execution
