What brought you to TopCoder?
I had discovered the site some time ago, looked over it and found TopCoder's approach to software development amazing and very appealing to me, and I had to give it a try.
What is your proudest TopCoder moment?
Every time I finish a component is a very proud moment for me. Every time I win, it is even better.
What is the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome?
Being a novice was hard, when I started out. There are many great designers to compete against and a lot of guidelines to learn and follow.
What is one thing that you have learned at TopCoder that has helped you in other areas of your life?
Failing is not a big deal. Everyone fails sometime. You just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again.
What advice you give to someone just starting out?
Learning and creative thinking are your only sources of competitive advantage.
What is the biggest contributor to your progress this month?
I just had a little more available time to dedicate to design competitions.
What is your most stressful TopCoder moment?
Whenever I am competing against some of the high rated designers. But, I do not see it as a plague as it energizes me, it's what drives me to excel.

What brought you to TopCoder?
My friend assistant brought me here, and I have many classmates in algorithm match.
What is your proudest TopCoder moment?
My proudest moment is whenever I finish a component or whenever I have completed a final fix.
What is the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome?
Learning a new technology and using it to compelete matches during a very busy time is a big obstacle.
What is one thing that you have learned at TopCoder that has helped you in other areas of your life?
Always learn new technology all the time and don't give up.
What is the biggest contributor to your progress this month?
Many people, Ghostar, bendlund, and Yeung, have helped me a lot.
What is your most stressful TopCoder moment?
Whenever the competition is closing but the work is not compelete, that is real RUSH time!
